In episode 10, MEHREEN was sent to jail as an accuse of MASHAL's murder. No one from the family came to check on her. While kept denying the fact and tried to prove her innocence but no one believed . SALEHA talked to ASWAD too to bail MEHREEN on the account of her being his to be wife but he declined her request saying she isn't his wife and he doesn't have any intentions to do anything because she killed MASHAL. While being in the jail MEHREEN hallucinate MASHAL and even talked to her and ask her whether she killed her or not.
After few days , SAFFAN came to visit her in the jail and asked her if she needs any help but she denied and said where will she go after being released so, she is thinking of being jailed . But he asked authorities to take care of her and because he came from an influential family his request was accepted. But TAHIR(MASHAL's father) got this news he was furious thinking that ASWAD and SALEHA were helping her so, he called them at his house to tell them that if they helped MEHREEN in anyway he would cut off his ties with them.
RABIA came to SALEHA's house and requested her to talk to ASWAD to help MEHREEN and he accepted her request went to jail with his mother but he found SAFFAN there and was totally convinced that MASHAL was telling him the truth that MEHREEN liked SAFFAN but marrying him only out of jealousy with her. When his mother came back home she asked him to do anything for MEHREEN he told his mother that she doesn't need his help because she already has many helpers but his mother said that this their responsibility as her relatives to help and he has more responsibility as her FIANCE but he told her that he would help her but then he wouldn't have any relationship with her and proved his saying the very next after going to jail and returned the engagement to MEHREEN and also telling her that she isn't the one who was his best friend in their childhood . MEHREEN replied him that he too isn't the one whom she loved and returned the ring too.
